The KGPS bias voltage technology is a type of energy-saving power supply, increasing the load voltage to a triple value higher than others without increasing the input voltage. This greatly reduces load losses and decreases the electricity consumption. Additionally, the efficiency of the equipement increases the melting speed when compared to most ordinary KGPS equipment under the same power.
The working principle of the medium frequency melting furnace is to use a three-phase bridge fully controlled rectifier circuit to transform alternating current into direct current. Then a single-phase inverter bridge is used to invert the direct current into a single-phase medium frequency current with a certain frequency (usually 1000 to 8000Hz).
The control systems of the medium frequency power supply are fully digital. Automated calculations, signal processing and completion of all operations are based on a set program. This eliminates any potential equipment failures caused by relay contact issues or manual operations.
